【摘要】 [目的/意义]探究英国城市公共阅读空间运营模式，以期对我国城市公共阅读空间运营提供借鉴。[方法/过程]运用文献研究法、比较研究法、网络调查法对我国及英国城市公共阅读空间运营模式进行分析，总结英国运营模式和经验。[结果/结论]提出政府相关部门理应给予大力支持、政府和社会资本合作的PPP模式、政府牵头协同多方的服务模式、提倡志愿者服务的模式、鼓励组织和个人捐赠的模式等，对推动我国城市公共阅读空间模式发展具有重要启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] The paper explores the operation mode of urban public reading space in Britain,so as to provide reference for the operation of urban public reading space in China. [Method/process] The paper uses the methods of literature research,comparative research and network survey,this paper analyzes the operation mode of urban public reading space in China and Britain,and summarizes the operation mode and experience in Britain. [Result/conclusion] The paper puts forwards that relevant government departments should give strong support,PPP model of government and social capital cooperation,the service model of government led coordination,advocating the model of volunteer service,encouraging organizations and individuals to donate,etc.,which have important implications for promoting the development of urban public reading space model in China.更多还原
