【Abstract】 [Purpose/significance] The paper is to explore the influencing factors of voluntary service participation willingness in public library,and put forward corresponding suggestions according to the research results to help the development of voluntary service in public library. [Method/process] Based on TPB theory and personality trait theory,the paper proposes the research hypothesis and constructs an influence model of voluntary service participation willingness,and verifies the hypothesis by using structural equation model. [Result/conclusion] In TPB theory,behavioral attitude,social pressure and convenience degree significantly affect the willingness to participate in voluntary service; in personality trait theory,conscientious personality and openness personality significantly affect willingness to participate in voluntary service.更多还原
