【摘要】 培养创新创业型研究生，学校应在人才培养计划中增加相关内容，为研究生提供校内创新创业孵化基地。同时通过校企合作，提出了加强研究生创新创业能力培养的对策，逐步构建新型人才培养平台。创新人才已成为企业所需稀缺人才，高校必须认识到企业对科技创新型人才的需求，并转变办学理念，注意结合专业经验培养研究生的创新创业技能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Most colleges and universities have paid attention to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of graduate students. Relevant contents have been included in the talent cultivation plans, and the campus entrepreneurship incubation base has been provided for postgraduates. Measures to strengthen the cultivation of postgraduates’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability through the school-enterprise cooperation are put forward. New talent cultivation platform has been gradually constructed. The colleges and universities must realize the demands of enterprises for scientific and technological talents, innovative talents, change their education concepts accordingly,and attach importance to the training of students’ innovative and entrepreneurial skills along with professional experience.更多还原
