靶动脉灌注银杏叶提取物治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨靶动脉灌注银杏叶提取物(GBE)治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)的有效性。方法:将2016年1月至2018年1月山东第一医科大学附属省立医院血管外科收治的105例TAO患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组给予靶动脉灌注GBE治疗,对照组静脉滴注GBE治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗后及随访期内踝肱压力指数(ABI)、趾肱压力指数(TBI)和患侧足背温度。结果:两组患者治疗后ABI、TBI、足背温度较治疗前均有显著改善(P <0.05),观察组治疗后和随访期内的ABI、TBI、足背温度显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:GBE可改善TAO患者临床症状,靶动脉灌注GBE较静脉滴注效果更为显著,且持续时间更长。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of target arterial perfusion of ginkgo biloba extract(GBE) for the treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO). Method: One hundred and five TAO patients admitted to the department of vascular surgery, Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Target artery perfusion of GBE was performed in observation group and intravenous GBE perfusion was performed in control group. The ankle brachial index(ABI), toe brachial index(TBI) and dorsalis pedis temperature were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The ABI TBI and dorsalis pedis temperature of patients in both groups improved significantly after treatment compared with the pre-treatment period, and the ABI, TBI and dorsalis pedis temperature of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after treatment and at follow-up. Conclusion: GBE improves clinical symptoms of TAO patients,and target arterial perfusion with GBE is more effective and longer lasting than intravenous infusion.
