【摘要】 目的 观察罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼在无痛分娩镇痛中的效果及对产妇应激反应的影响。方法 选取2020年6月—2021年3月福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院行无痛分娩产妇120例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各60例。对照组给予罗哌卡因硬膜外镇痛，观察组采用罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外镇痛。比较2组分娩镇痛前后视觉模拟评分表(VAS)评分，产程时间及镇痛情前后产妇应激反应情况。结果 分娩镇痛后10 min、20 min和30 min观察组产妇VAS评分均低于对照组(P <0.01);观察组产妇第一产程、第二产程及第三产程时间均短于对照组(P <0.01);分娩镇痛后30 min,2组产妇心率、收缩压和舒张压均低于镇痛前，且观察组低于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论 罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼硬膜外麻醉在无痛分娩镇痛中的镇痛效果显著，有效减轻产妇疼痛程度，缩短产程时间，改善产妇的应激反应情况，值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in painless labor analgesia and its influence on maternal stress response. Methods A total of 120 women who gave birth without pain in Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects. The number table method was used to randomly divide them into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given ropivacaine epidural analgesia,and the observation group was given ropivacaine combined with sufentanil epidural analgesia. The VAS scores before and after labor analgesia,the time of labor and the stress response of the two groups were compared. Results 10 min,20 min and 30 min after labor analgesia,the VAS scores of the parturients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group( all P < 0. 01). The first,second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group( P < 0. 01). 30 minutes after labor analgesia,the maternal heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group( all P < 0. 01). Conclusion Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil epidural analgesia has a significant clinical analgesic effect in painless labor analgesia,effectively reducing the degree of pain in the parturient,shortening the time of labor,and improving the stress response of the parturient.
