【Abstract】 Xiao Min has devoted almost 50 years of his life to researching and teaching the Russian language, which has in turn greatly improved his professional competence in both fields. His love of thinking and self-improvement was combined with passion for discovering new things. He kept exploring and devising methods for Chinese students to learn Russian in his practical teaching and theoretical research of the Russian language.
