【摘要】 对比小鼠局部淋巴结试验LLNA∶BrdU-ELISA法和局部封闭涂皮试验(BT法)评价农药致敏性的能力。选取5种化学物和5种送检农药作为受试物，按照OECD442(B)标准方法和封闭涂皮试验方法对样品进行同步试验。小鼠局部淋巴结试验结果显示5种农药未见过敏反应，2种方法的结果基本一致。在该试验条件下，初步判定LLNA∶BrdU-ELISA法可以作为封闭涂皮试验的一种替代方法评价农药致敏性的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Compared the ability of local lymph node test LLNA∶BrdU-ELISA and Buehler test(BT) to evaluate the sensitization of pesticides in mice. Five chemicals and five pesticides submitted for inspection were selected as test objects,the samples were tested according to the standard method of OECD 442(B) and Buehler test. The LLNA∶BrdU-ELISA results showed no allergic reaction in 5 pesticides and the results of the two methods are basically consistent. Under the experimental conditions, the preliminary determination of mouse LLNA∶BrdU-ELISA can be used as an alternative method of Buehler test to evaluate the skin sensitization potential of pesticides.更多还原
