【摘要】 在国家提出加强创新驱动战略大背景下，农业科技创新与成果转化是夯实农业基础和战略地位的两大基石。文章针对当前多数农业科研所重视科技创新淡化成果转化问题，以中国农业科学院某研究所为案例并参照成果转化先进所的宝贵经验，通过实地调研、座谈走访、填写问卷相结合方式，运用问卷星统计分析方法进行综合研究，得出当前农业科研所成果转化在制度政策、人才、平台与资金等五个方面的制约。最后，针对这些制约因素，提出了促进成果转化的5条对策建议，以加快农业科技成果转化，促进农业科技创新，从而促进乡村振兴战略加快实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the overall background of innovation-driven strategy of our country, agricultural science andtechnology innovation and achievement transformation are the two cornerstones of agricultural foundation andstrategic position in our country. Aiming at the issue of attaching importance to science and technology innovationand weakening achievement transformation in the most scientific research institutes, this study took an institute as acase study, adopted the means of field research, interviews, visits and questionnaires, and made a comprehensivestudy by using the Sojump statistical analysis method, then drew a conclusion that the achievements transformationof agricultural scientific research institutes was restricted in five aspects, including system policy, talents, platformand funds. In summary, according to the above constraints, it put forward five aspects of countermeasures andsuggestions, so as to accelerate the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements, promoteagricultural scientific and technological innovation, and thus accelerate the implementation of the ruralrevitalization strategy.更多还原
