论高校生态文明教育中的偏差及其矫正
On Deviation of Ecological Civilization Education and Its Correction in Universities
【摘要】 良好的生态环境是促进中华民族永续发展的内在要求,是改善我国社会民生福祉的优先领域。十八大以来,党和政府表现出了高度的生态文明自觉,将生态文明教育提高到有利于社会主义事业发展的重要地位,这对我国高校重视并加强大学生生态文明教育提出了新的时代要求。然而,当下我国高校生态文明教育尚存在一些偏差,表征为青睐专业技术培养而冷漠了生态素质教育,注重专业型生态教育的发展而忽视了普及型生态教育的提升,以及追求生态知识的传授而导致环境伦理价值的旁落等。反思这些偏差形成的诸种因素,主要受“人类中心主义”观念的误导、技术理性的困扰以及学科壁垒的局限等因素的影响。矫正我国高校生态文明教育偏差必须遵循以下基本理路,即提升思想认识以摆正生态文明教育地位、优化培养方案以推进普及型生态教育、加强学科融合以塑造环境伦理道德教育等,以彰显高等教育在推进中国生态文明建设中的重要功能。
【Abstract】 A good ecological environment is an internal requirement for promoting the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and a priority area for improving the well-being of Chinese people’s livelihood. Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the central party and the government of China have shown a high degree of consciousness of ecological civilization, and raised the education of ecological civilization to an important position in the development of socialist cause, which has put forward new requirements for Chinese universities to attach importance to and strengthen the education of ecological civilization for college students. However, at present, there are still some deviations in ecological civilization education in Chinese colleges and universities, characterized by favoring professional and technical training but neglecting ecological quality education, focusing on the development of professional ecological education but neglecting the promotion of universal ecological education, and pursuing the imparting of ecological knowledge, which leads to the omission of environmental ethical value. Reflecting on the various factors of the formation of these deviations, they are mainly influenced by the misdirection of “anthropocentrism”, the perplexity of technical rationality, and the limitation of disciplinary barriers. To rectify the deviation ecological civilization education in colleges and universities, we must follow the basic conceptions, that is, ideological understanding should be promoted, so as to straighten the ecological civilization education status, training scheme should be optimized, so as to promote popular ecological education, discipline integration should be strengthened, so as to shape the environment ethics education and so on. All in all, we should highlight the important function of higher education in promoting ecological civilization construction in China.
