【摘要】 我国正处于脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴有效衔接的重大转型期，亟需高校产学研协同创新，适应社会转型需要。将圈层结构理论和协同理论相结合运用到产学研协同领域，选择以河北农业大学“太行山道路第一驿站”为研究对象，采用个案研究方法对其进行了分析。通过对“太行山道路”产学研协同演进历程的梳理，将其分为了初探期、发展期、深化期和转型期四个阶段，进一步分析了其“四方联动”“六个一”“五链合一”的圈层式协同发展模式，总结出其在成效上实现了内圈层主导产业发展，现代模式成型；中圈层连接机制形成，多元主体获益；外圈层辐射范围扩散，品牌价值彰显。基于此，提出对地方农业高校产学研协同创新服务乡村振兴中的经验启示：以内圈层为主导，聚力打造核心产业；发挥中圈层主体联动作用，协同构建服务机制；实现外圈层突破，共助乡村全面振兴。更多还原

【Abstract】 China is in a major transition period in which poverty alleviation and rural revitalization are effectively linked, and the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research institutes in universities is urgently needed so as to adapt to the needs of social transformation. This paper combines the theory of circle structure with the theory of collaboration and applies it to the field of industry-university-research collaboration. The project of “The First Station of Taihang Mountain Road” of Agricultural University of Hebei is adopted as the research object, and the case study method is adopted to analyze this project. The process of industry-university-research co-evolution of “Taihang Mountain Road” is analyzed, and the whole process is divided into four stages: initial stage, development stage, deepening stage and transformation stage. The circle-level collaborative development mode of “four-party linkage”, “six ones” and “five-chain integration” of the project is analyzed. In terms of results, the project has realized the development of the leading industry in the inner circle and the shaping of the modern model. The linkage mechanism of the middle circle has been formed and the multiple subjects have benefited. The radiation range of the outer circle is spreading, and the brand value is highlighted. Based on this, this paper puts forward the empirical inspiration, so that the work of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in local agricultural universities can better serve the rural revitalization. Specifically, with the inner circle as the leading, we should make joint efforts to build the core industry, give play to the linkage function of the main body of the middle circle and build the service mechanism cooperatively, achieve a breakthrough in the outer circle and jointly help the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.更多还原
