【摘要】 近年来，随着研究生报考人数的迅猛增长、招生数据量和工作量成几何级数增加，加之公共卫生安全突发事件的出现，对研究生招生信息化工作提出了新挑战。同时，随着招生单位持续深化推进研究生教育改革、多元化研究生招生体系不断完善、招生学科专业不断增加与优化，招生工作面临外部和内部双重压力，须借助和依靠研究生招生信息化手段才能保证工作的万无一失和高效安全。通过分析研究生招生工作面临的新形势和新挑战，对如何构建“五位一体”全流程标准化研究生招生信息系统进行了研究，为各招生单位保质保量完成研究生招生工作，不断提高招生工作效率提供有益参考和可供借鉴的实践经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "Five-in-one" Standardized Overall Processing Informatization System of Postgraduate Admission in Beijing Forestry University has been applied to ensure the efficiency and safety of the postgraduate enrollment work because of the rapid expansion of candidates, the occurrence of public health safety events, the geometric growth of the processing data and workload in recent years. The practice is also promoted by the exterior and interior challenges involved with the constantly deepened reform of postgraduate education accompanied by its increased and optimized majors and disciplines, and the steadily diversified postgraduate admission system. After analyzing this new situation in the postgraduate enrollment work, we researched and developed a new working system in which the five principal roles, ie. the university, its schools, their disciplines, tutors and candidates, are linked as one integral whole to observe each step of the enrollment and share the information. And a complete flow scheme of the overall process of student enrolling is thus covered and a standardized data structure of information collection is also established. The informatization system, therefore, may provide some useful reference and practical experience for the postgraduate admission with guaranteed quality and quantity.更多还原
