【摘要】 分析世界高等教育中心形成与转移的路径和过程，发现五大高等教育强国教育改革的最终目的都是为了让教育能够实现与时俱进的发展，促进大学的知识生产和科学创新，从而让教育能够发挥出引领时代经济社会发展的作用，并呈现出适应时代发展、重特色化发展、重人才培养和重自主创新发展等基本特征。由此提出未来我国的高等教育高质量发展应当坚持与时俱进，注重高质量人才培养，强调自主创新，迎合时代需求，从而促进社会经济的发展。更多还原
