【Abstract】 By studying flipped teaching methods, teaching strategies and teaching contents, corresponding learning resources for online teaching was developed.Effective reform measures were put forward to guide independent learning and improve quality of innovative talent training.Using teaching mode of flipped classroom, integral knowledge system was established, good innovative ability and innovative thinking were also cultivated.At the same time, teachers′ guidance ability and scientific research ability was improved.Through research on cultivation of innovative talents based on flipped classroom model, teaching level of postgraduates was improved and overall improvement of cultivation level of postgraduates was promoted.更多还原
