基于CFD模拟和正交试验设计的弯头磨损研究
Study on the erosion at ellow element based on CFD simulation and orthogonal experimental design
【摘要】 基于CFD仿真计算软件,并采用正交试验设计方法,探究了弯径比、入口风速、粉尘浓度对含尘气流冲蚀90°弯头时最大冲蚀速率的影响。结果表明,入口风速是粉尘冲蚀弯头时最大冲蚀速率的主要影响因素,弯径比是次要影响因素。为了减小弯头磨损,提高弯头寿命,弯头设计时优选较高的弯径比和较低的入口风速。
【Abstract】 By using CFD simulation and orthogonal experimental design method, the influence of bend diameter ratio, inlet gas velocity and particle concentration on the maximum erosion rate of 90° bending ellow were studied. The results showed the inlet gas velocity is the main factor affecting the maximum erosion rate, while the bend diameter ratio is the secondary factor. In order to reduce the erosion loss and lengthen the lifetime of ellow, a higher bend diameter ratio and a lower inlet gas velocity are suggested.
