探讨高频超声测量盂肱关节下囊厚度与肩关节外展角度的关系
The relationship between the thickness of the inferior capsule of glenohumeral joint and the abduction angle of shoulder joint measured by high frequency ultrasound
【摘要】 目的 探讨高频超声测量健康成人盂肱关节下囊厚度(ICT)与肩关节外展角度的关系,分析影响ICT的因素。方法 招募20位健康成人志愿者(男性10位,女性10位),用高频超声测量肩关节外展(60°、90°)时每个肩关节左右侧的ICT。结果 肩关节外展角度不同,ICT差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肩关节外展60°时ICT比肩关节外展90°时厚。肩关节外展角度相同时男性ICT比女性厚。ICT与身高存在正相关(r=0.26,P<0.05)。结论 ICT与肩关节外展角度有关,与个体因素有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between the thickness of inferior capsule of glenohumeral relationship and shoulder abduction measured by high frequency ultrasound in healthy adult people, and to analyze the influence factors for the thickness of inferior capsule of glenohumeral joint.Methods 20 healthy adult volunteers(10 males and 10 females) were selected in the study, the thickness of the inferior capsule of the glenohumeral joint was measured by high frequency ultrasound on the left and right side of each shoulder joint.Results The thickness of the inferior capsule of the glenohumeral joint was significantly different with the abduction angle of the shoulder joint(P<0.05). The thickness of the inferior capsule of the glenohumeral joint at 60 °abduction was thicker than that at 90 °abduction. At the same abduction angle of shoulder joint, the thickness of inferior capsule of glenohumeral joint in male was thicker than that in female(P<0.05). Height(r=0.26,P<0.05),thickness of subglenohumeral capsule were positively correlated with height.Conclusion The thickness of the inferior capsule of the glenohumeral joint is related to the abduction angle of the shoulder joint and to individual factors.
