TMR饲料制备机搅龙的受力分析以及优化
Force Analysis and Optimization of TMR Mixer Auger
【摘要】 围绕TMR饲料制备机的核心功能部件搅龙展开研究,介绍了TMR饲料制备机的结构和混合原理,确定了搅龙的最佳临界转速,对搅龙的受力情况进行了有限元分析,找出了最大应力位置并给出了改进方案,最后对改进前后的搅龙受力情况进行了对比分析,可知搅龙强度合格。
【Abstract】 The research is centered on the auger, the core component of TMR mixer, and introduces the structure and mixing principle of TMR mixer to determine the optimal critical speed of the auger. The finite element analysis of the auger is carried out to find out the maximum stress location and thus to bring forward the improving plan. Finally, the comparison analysis of the auger before and after the improvement is carried out, which shows that the intensity of it is qualified.
