【摘要】 采用文献资料法、比较分析法，探讨了挪威冰雪竞技运动的演进历程，总结与构建了挪威冰雪竞技发展的动力机制图，并提出相关启示。研究认为，挪威冰雪竞技持续发展的动力因素有：拥有得天独厚的冰雪运动自然地理条件；冰雪运动已经融入国民生活；国家体育志愿组织治理体系高效的资金与政策推动；构建了系统性多元化的冰雪运动后备人才选拔和培养体系；冬奥会遗产和场馆的有效利用以及完善的冰雪训练与竞赛体系的构建。提出推动我国冰雪运动开展的有益启示：优化选拔培养机制，促进后备人才建设；加强队员科学训练，完善竞赛体系建设；充分利用冬奥遗产，积极开展冰雪活动；增强冰雪文化认同，夯实冰雪文化根基。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the evolution process of Norwegian ice and snow sports by using the method of literature and comparative analysis,summarizes and construct drawing for the development of Norwegian ice and snow sports,and puts forward the relevant enlightenment. According to the research,the driving factors for the sustainable development of ice and snow sports in Norway are:physical and geographical conditions of ice and snow sports with more thick days;ice and snow sports have been integrated into national life;efficient fund and policy promotion of national sports voluntary organization governance system;a systematic and diversified ice and snow sports reserve talent selection and training system has been established.The legacy of the winter Olympic Games and the effective use of the venues as well as the construction of a perfect ice and snow training and competition system.The beneficial enlightenment of promoting the development of snow and ice sports in China is put forward:highlighting the leading role of the government and planning the top-level design of the development of snow and ice sports;optimizing the selection and training mechanism of ice and snow athletes to promote the construction of reserve talents;strengthening the scientific training of athletes and perfect the construction of the competition system;highlighting the advantages of ice and snow projects,from the point and area to promote all-round development;making full use of the Olympic legacy to actively carry out ice and snow cultural activities.We will cultivate the ice and snow culture and consolidate its cultural foundation.更多还原
