多缸柴油机曲轴曲柄销理论载荷修正

【摘要】 针对多缸柴油机曲轴曲柄销理论载荷数值精度不高的问题,考虑曲轴弹性变形和惯性力计算误差,通过Adams刚柔耦合多体动力学仿真对理论载荷进行修正,提高理论载荷精度和可靠性。结果表明:动力学仿真相较于理论分析更符合曲轴实际工作情况,动力学仿真曲柄销最大载荷599.65 kN,理论最大载荷584.02 kN,修正误差2.59%,其他载荷均有不同程度修正,为多缸柴油机曲轴强度校核等工作提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that the numerical accuracy of the theoretical load of crankshaft crank pin of multi cylinder diesel engine is not high, considering the calculation error of crankshaft elastic deformation and inertial force, the theoretical load is corrected through Adams rigid flexible coupling multi-body dynamics simulation to improve the accuracy and reliability of the theoretical load. The results show that the dynamic simulation is more in line with the actual working condition of the crankshaft than the theoretical analysis. The maximum load of the dynamic simulation crank pin is 599.65 kN, the theoretical maximum load is 584.02 kN, and the correction error is 2.59%. Other loads are corrected to varying degrees, which provides a basis for the strength check of the crankshaft of multi cylinder diesel engine.
