大直径内螺纹铣削参数化程序研究及应用

【摘要】 针对大直径内螺纹攻丝时存在机床切削负荷大、螺纹加工质量低、丝锥易磨损、崩齿和折断等工艺问题,本文提出了一种大直径内螺纹铣削的参数化编程方法及加工程序,并在VERICUT仿真环境下调试、优化该加工程序,保证了加工程序的安全。通过实际加工,进一步验证了加工程序的有效性。研究发现,该加工程序结构简单、可读性强、具有循环加工特点,适用于任意规格大直径内螺纹的铣削加工,具有极高的参考价值。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the technological problems of large-diameter internal thread tapping, such as large cutting load of machine tool, low thread processing quality, easy wear of tap, tooth collapse and fracture, A parametric programming method and processing program for large-diameter internal thread milling is proposed in this paper.The processing program is debugged and optimized in VERICUT simulation environment to ensure the safety of the processing program.The effectiveness of the processing program is further verified through the practical processing.The study shows that the machining program has the characteristics of simple structure, strong readability and circular machining.Furthermore, it is suitable for the milling of large-diameter internal threads of any specification and has high reference value.
