PBDB-T∶ITIC基有机太阳能电池活性层制备工艺的优化

【摘要】 使用由聚合物供体聚([2,6’-4,8-双-((2-乙基己基)-噻吩-5-基)苯并[1,2-b;3,3-b]二噻吩]-alt-[Chemicalbook1,3-双-(噻吩-5基)-5,7-双-(2-乙基己基)苯并[1,2-c∶4,5-c’]二噻吩-4,8-二酮])(PBDB-T)和非富勒烯受体3,9-双(2-亚甲基-(3-(1,1-二氰基亚甲基)-茚满酮)-5,5,11,11-四(4-己基苯基)-二噻吩并[2,-d∶2’,3’-d’]-S-茚满并[1,2-b∶5,6-b’]二噻吩(ITIC)组成的活性层材料,通过从转速,溶液浓度和给受体配比等方面调控活性层的制备工艺,来提高电池的光电转化效率。活性层制备工艺的优化使器件的效率提高了10.67%。

【Abstract】 In this work,the poly(2,6’-4,8-bis((2-ethylhexyl)-thiophene-5-yl)Benzo[1,2-b;3,3-b]dithiophene-alt-[ Chemicalbook1,3-bis-(5-yl)-thiophene)-5,7-bis-(2-ethylhexyl)Benzo[1,2-c: 4,5-c’] dithiophene-4,8-dione](PBDB-T) and 3,9-bis(2-methylene-(3-(1,1-dicyanomethyl)-indanone)-5,5,11,11-tetra(4-hexylphenyl)-DITHIOPHENE [2,-d: 2’,3’-d’]-S-INDENE [1,2-b:5,6-b’] dithiophene(ITIC) were used as polymer donor and non-fullerene receptor. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the cell was improved through optimizing the preparation process of the active layer by controlling the spin coating speed,concentration of the active layer solution and the ratio of donor to acceptor. The efficiency of the device was increased by 10.67% by optimizing the preparation process of the active layer.
