【摘要】 目的：探讨超声瞬时弹性成像评价蒙药清肝二十七味丸干预酒精性肝纤维化疗效的应用价值。方法：收集2020年1月—2022年3月在内蒙古民族大学附属医院蒙医消化内科住院及门诊就诊的酒精性肝纤维化患者91例，按肝硬度测值分为F1组（小于9.7 kPa,n=33）,F2(9.7～17.5 kPa,n=31)和F3（大于17.5 kPa,n=27）。各组给予蒙药清肝二十七味丸治疗12周。收集各组患者治疗前、后的肝硬度测值、肝功能指标进行比较。结果：各组肝硬度测值、血清丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶（γ-GGT）水平治疗后与治疗前比较均有明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），但治疗后F3组的肝硬度测值及血清γ-GGT水平依然高于正常参考值。结论：蒙药清肝二十七味丸治疗酒精性肝纤维化早期具有较好的疗效，瞬时弹性成像可早期发现酒精性肝纤维化并对疗效进行有效评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the application value of ultrasound transient elastography in evaluating the efficacy of Mongolian medicine Qinggan-27 flavor pills in the treatment of alcoholic liver fibrosis. Methods:91patients with alcoholic liver fibrosis were collected from inpatient and outpatient of the Mongolian Medicine Gastroenterology Department,Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University from January 2020 to March2022. According to the liver hardness measurement value,they were divided into F1 group(<9.7 kPa,n=33),F2group(9.7～17.5 k Pa,n=31)andF3 group(>17.5 k Pa,n=27).Each group was treated with Qinggan-27 flavor pills for 12 weeks. The liver hardness values and liver function indexes before and after treatment were collected and compared. Results:Compared with before treatment,the liver stiffness value,serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(γ-GGT)were significantly reduced after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). However,the liver stiffness value and serumγ-GGT levels in F3 group were still higher than the normal reference values after treatment. Conclusion:Mongolian medicine Qinggan-27 flavor pills have a good curative effect in the treatment of early alcoholic liver fibrosis.Transient elastography can detect early alcoholic liver fibrosis and evaluate the curative effect effectively.更多还原
