核糖体成熟因子RimP、Era和RimJ的研究进展
Research Progress of Ribosomal Maturation Factors RimP,Era and RimJ
【摘要】 核糖体由小亚基和大亚基构成,它们都由rRNA和核糖体蛋白质组成。核糖体的组装和成熟是一个快速、复杂且十分耗能的细胞过程,并受到核糖体成熟(组装)因子的引导。RimP、Era和RimJ是大肠杆菌核糖体30S小亚基的成熟因子,促进30S小亚基的组装和成熟。现综述RimP、Era和RimJ在30S小亚基组装和成熟过程中的作用,为进一步揭示30S小亚基组装和成熟的过程以及RimP、Era和RimJ的功能提供依据。
【Abstract】 Ribosomes are composed of small subunits and large subunits,both of which are composed of rRNA and ribosomal proteins. Ribosomal assembly and maturation is a rapid,complex and energy-intensive cellular process,which is guided by ribosomal maturation(assembly) factors. RimP,Era and RimJ are maturation factors of Escherichia coli ribosomal 30S subunit,promoting the assembly and maturation of 30S subunit. This paper reviews the function of RimP,Era and RimJ in the assembly and maturation of 30S subunit,which provides a basis for further revealing the assembly and maturation of 30S subunit and the functions of RimP,Era and RimJ.
