【摘要】 阐述了一流专业建设背景下培养创新人才的重要意义，以内蒙古民族大学为例，分析了该校农业资源与环境专业特点和学生现状，从树立创新人才培养理念、构建创新人才培养体系和建立产教融合创新实践基地等方面对培养创新创业人才进行了探索，以期推进一流专业建设，提高创新型人才培养质量，满足内蒙古东部区经济发展对资源环境类人才的需求，为乡村振兴和生态文明建设提供强有力的人才支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Inner Mongolia Minzu University as an example,the significance of cultivating innovative talents under the background of the construction of first-class specialty was introduced in this paper and the characteristics of the specialty of agricultural resources and environment and the present situation of students were analyzed. The cultivation of creative talents from the aspects of establishing the concept of cultivating creative talents,constructing the system of cultivating creative talents and establishing the practice base of the integration of industry and education was explored. The result could promote the construction of first-class specialty and improve the quality of innovative talent training and meet the needs of resource and environmental talents for economic development in eastern Inner Mongolia and provide strong talent support for the rural revitalization and construction of ecological civilization.更多还原
