【摘要】 张家口市地处京津地区上风上水，地理区位特殊、重要，在国家构建“京津冀一体化”的发展战略中，承担着生态建设与保护的重要历史使命。文章在对张家口市国有国家级公益林管理规范化建设、信息化建设、管护措施落实、森林保险等方面取得经验成效进行总结分析的基础上，对存在的问题进行了客观分析，提出了建议策略。以期为张家口市国有国家级公益林管理及周边地区国有国家级公益林管理提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Zhangjiakou City is located in Beijing-Tianjin area, and its geographical location is special and important. In the national development strategy of“Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration”,Zhangjiakou undertakes the important historical mission of ecological construction and protection.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the experience and achievements in standardization construction, informatization construction, implementation of management and protection measures and forest insurance of state-owned national public welfare forests in Zhangjiakou City, this paper objectively analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions and strategies,which can provide reference for the management of state-owned national public welfare forest in Zhangjiakou City and the management of state-owned national public welfare forest in surrounding areas.更多还原
