【摘要】 习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中特别强调，必须“建设具有强大凝聚力和引领力的社会主义意识形态”。中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视高校意识形态工作，数十次探访高校了解情况，数次强调必须“强化思想引领，牢牢把握高校意识形态工作领导权”,为高校意识形态建设锚定航向、提供根本遵循。当前阶段，在高校意识形态工作中，青年学生群体面临网络空间错误思想冲击的形势严峻复杂、青年学生群体的价值观树立进程道阻且长、教师队伍思想政治素质仍有提升空间。为提升高校意识形态工作的质量与成效，需要从坚持马克思主义的思想引领、创新网络意识形态工作方法、提升教师思想政治工作能力三个层面下功夫。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xi Jinping stressed “the need to build a socialist ideology with strong solidarity and guiding force” in his report to the 20^th CPC National Congress. Since the socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, the Central Committee of the Party with Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the ideological work in universities by paying visits for times and emphasizing “the need to enhance the ideological guidance and grasp the leadership of ideological work”, which provides fundamental principle for the ideological construction in universities. At the current stage, young students are faced with the severe impact of wrong ideas in cyberspace which sets obstacles in forming common values. And there is still room for improvement of the ideological and political quality of teachers. In order to develop the quality and effectiveness of ideological work in universities, efforts should be made in the three aspects: uphold the ideological guidance of Marxism; innovate the working methods of network ideology; improve teachers’ ideological and political capability.更多还原
