【摘要】 基于武汉都市圈12个县(区)的农户及村集体调查数据，运用并行多重中介模型研究农地产权安全性对乡村产业振兴的激励效应，并对电子商务综合示范村、现代农业产业园区、休闲农业示范点的乡村产业振兴情况及农地产权安全性的激励效应进行对比分析。研究结果表明：农地产权安全性的增强促使土地流转行为愈发频繁，为农村二三产业发展提供了用地保障，农业多元化发展优势逐渐凸显，乡村振兴活力被激活。然而，不同类型村域农地产权安全性对乡村产业振兴的激励效应存在显著差异，且土地流转价格、土地流转对象和土地流转年限发挥着不同程度的中介作用。因此提出助力乡村产业振兴的政策建议：积极培育新型经营主体，提高农户产权认知，因地制宜发展当地产业，同时尽可能地避免弱化农地产权安全性的行为，激发农户生产和投资积极性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the survey of farm households and village collectives conducted in 12 districts in the Wuhan metropolitan area in early 2022,this paper investigates the incentive effect of farmland property rights security on rural industrial revitalization using parallel multiple intermediary models.A comparative analysis of three types of villages, including comprehensive demonstration sites of e-commerce, modern agricultural demonstration sites, and leisure agriculture demonstration sites was conducted as an empirical study.The research results show that the improvement of farmland property rights security provide land security for the development of rural secondary and tertiary industries, highlight the advantages of diversified agricultural development, and activate the vitality of rural revitalization.However, there are significant differences in the incentive effects of farmland property security on rural industrial revitalization in different types of villages.Meanwhile, the land transfer price, the land transfer objects, and the land transfer years play different intermediary roles.Therefore, the paper puts forward policy suggestions to help rural industry revitalization by cultivating new business entities actively, improving farmers’ cognition of property rights, developing local industries to local conditions, reducing the behavior of weakening the security of farmland property rights, and stimulating farmers’ enthusiasm for production and investment.更多还原
