【摘要】 以北京市安定镇为例，依据推-拉理论和公平理论，通过对调查数据的Logistics分析和成本收益比较，发现大都市郊区农户宅基地退出的主要障碍是其宅基地面积过小和住房年限过短等因素未纳入宅基地退出补偿的退出政策考量，以及由此导致的公平感缺失。对此进行推拉力分析和公平诠释，提出分类差别补偿思路，并设计激励农户宅基地退出的帕累托改进方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Anding town in Beijing as an example, based on push-pull theory and fairness theory, through Logistics analysis of survey data and cost-benefit comparison, it is found that the main obstacle to the withdrawal of rural households’ homestead in the suburbs of metropolis is that their homestead area is too small and their housing years are too short, which are not taken into account in the withdrawal policy of homestead withdrawal compensation, as well as the resulting lack of a sense of fairness. A push-pull analysis and fair interpretation are made and the idea of classification difference compensation is put forward. A Pareto improvement scheme is designed to encourage farmers to to withdraw from the homestead.更多还原
