【摘要】 目的：分析个性化护理干预对PCI术后患者自我管理能力的影响。方法：选取2020年6月-12月我院心内科120名PCI术后患者，按入院单双日分为对照组(单日)和干预组(双日)，每组分别60例；对照组采用常规护理干预，干预组选择个性化护理干预，比较两组干预前后自我管理能力得分。结果：初始两组自我管理得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；干预后，两组自我管理得分均高于干预前，且干预组自我管理得分在不良嗜好管理、疾病知识、急救管理、治疗依从性维度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：个性化护理干预方式可有效改善PCI术后患者在不良嗜好、疾病知识、急救、治疗依从性方面的自我管理能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the influence of personalized nursing intervention mode on the self-management ability of patients after PCI.Methods:A total of 120 post-PCI patients admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into groups according to the single and double days of admission.The single day served as the control group and the double day as the intervention group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing intervention,and the intervention group used a personalized nursing intervention model to compare the self-management ability of the two groups before and after intervention.Results:Before the intervention,the CSMS scores of the two groups were not statistically different(P >0.05);After the intervention,the CSMS scores of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,and the CSMS scores of the observation group were in bad habits management,disease knowledge,emergency management,The dimension of treatment compliance was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The personalized nursing intervention model can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients with coronary heart disease and promote recovery.更多还原
