【摘要】 目的：调查新疆PICC专科护士自主学习能力现状，并分析其影响因素。方法：采用一般资料调查问卷、护理人员自主学习能力评价量表，运用整群抽样法对新疆275名PICC专科护士进行调查并对影响因素进行多重线性回归分析。结果：PICC专科护士自主学习能力总得分为（130.73±22.39）分，各维度中自我动机信念均分较高（54.73±9.77）分、自我评价均分较低（15.23±2.92）分，多重线性回归分析显示:学历层次、每年参加学术会议次数、医院等级为PICC专科护士自主学习能力的主要影响因素（P<0.05）。结论：PICC专科护士自主学习能力处于中等水平，护理管理者应提供多渠道学习途径，提供外出学习机会，建立三级联动模式带动PICC专科技术的发展，激发专科护士学习热情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the current situation of autonomous learning ability of PICC nurses in Xinjiang, and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:Using the general data questionnaire and Nursing staff autonomous learning ability evaluation scale, Cluster sampling method was used to investigate 275 PICC nurses in Xinjiang, and multiple linear regression analysis was performed to analyze the influencing factors(P<0.05).Results:The total score of autonomous learning ability of PICC Specialist nurses was(130.73±22.39), and the mean score of self-motivated belief was higher in all dimensions(54.73±9.77), and the mean score of self-evaluation was lower(15.23±2.92).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that: Educational level, annual number of attending academic conferences and hospital level were the main influencing factors of self-learning ability of PICC specialist nurses.Conclusion:The independent learning ability of PICC specialist nurses is at a medium level. Nursing managers should provide multi-channel learning channels, Provide opportunities to study abroad, establish a three-level linkage mode to promote the development of PICC specialist technology and stimulate the enthusiasm of specialist nurses to learn.更多还原
