【摘要】 国际交流与合作是农业科研院所的重要职能，也是提高农业科研创新能力的重要渠道。文章阐述了农业科技国际交流与合作的重要意义，梳理了存在的问题，从方式创新、内容创新、国别创新、方向创新等方面提出了疫情影响下开展农业科技国际交流与合作的新思路，期望对促进国内外多方面资源整合、推进双循环模式运行、有效提高科研创新水平等有一定的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 International exchange and cooperation is not only the important function, but also an important way to improve the innovation ability for research institutes. Significance of international agricultural exchange and cooperation was elaborated in the paper. Main problems were pointed out, and new ideas for international cooperation under the epidemic were put forward from pattern innovation, content innovation,country innovation and direction innovation.
