【摘要】 社会化是科研院所后勤改革的方向。文章对科研院所与政府机关、高校的后勤“管办分离”在实现路径、动力方面进行了比较，分析了科研院所后勤服务通过“管办分离”实现社会化的历史必然性，并以江苏省农业科学院为例，介绍了其后勤服务“管办分离”的20年实践，指出在“管办分离”的过程中需要把握好三个着力点，解决好两个矛盾，实现一个最高境界。更多还原

【Abstract】 Socialization is the direction of logistics reform in scientific research institutes. Realizing path and motive power of "separating operation from management" in scientific research institutes, colleges and governments were compared in the paper. Historic inevitability of realizing socialization by "separating operation from management" in scientific research institutes was analyzed. Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case, practice of "separating operation from management" in logistics service of 20 years were informed.
