【摘要】 文章以河北省科技创新平台为例，梳理了省级科技创新平台建设现状与取得的成效，分析了省级科技平台建设过程中存在的管理运行机制不健全、缺乏顶层设计等问题，提出了建立常态化学习和培训机制、完善科技创新平台依托单位考核和评价机制、启动平台运行的督导和激励机制、完善平台运行的管理机制等对策，以期为省级科技创新平台的健康持续发展提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the science and technology innovation platform of Hebei Province as an example, the current situation and effect of construction of provincial science and technology innovation platform were combed in the paper. Problems existing in the construction of provincial science and technology platform were analyzed, such as imperfect management and operation mechanism, lack of top-level design,etc. Countermeasures were put forward, such as establish normal learning and training mechanism, improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism of the supporting units of the science and technology innovation platform, start the supervision and incentive mechanism of platform operation and improve the management mechanism of platform operation. This will provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of provincial scientific and technological innovation platform.更多还原
