【摘要】 现代农业园区是农业现代化的主战场,是城乡融合发展的平台和载体,是实施乡村振兴战略的必要举措。文章分析了河北省现代农业园区发展存在的规划不科学、融资机制不完善、土地流转不畅、管理体制落后、示范带动作用弱等问题,提出了统筹现代农业园区规划、构建多元化资金筹措机制、完善土地流转机制、建立"五统一分"的管理运行机制、创新科技示范机制等促进河北省规模现代农业园区发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern agricultural parks are the main battlefield of agricultural modernization, the platform and carrier of urban-rural integration development, and the necessary measures to implement the rural revitalization strategy. Problems of development of modern agricultural park in Hebei Province were analyzed in the paper, such as unscientific planning, imperfect financing mechanism, poor land circulation, backward management system, weak demonstration and leading role. Countermeasures for promote development of scaled modern agricultural park in Hebei Province were put forward, i.e., to coordinate the planning of modern agricultural parks, construct the diversified fund raising mechanism, improve the land circulation mechanism, establish the management and operation mechanism of "five centralization and one decentralization", innovate the science and technology demonstration mechanism.更多还原
