【Abstract】 Gynogenesis is a special reproductive mode that depends on female prokaryotic development. Artificial gynogenesis technique(AGT)has been developed into an effective way of fish genetic improvement,which plays an important role in the purification and rejuvenation of fish germplasm and breeding of fine species. Based on the practice of fish breeding,this paper systematically summarized the technical approaches and research status of AGT,and put forward the existing problems of AGT,in order to provide reference for the future development of AGT.更多还原
