人工雌核生殖技术及其在鱼类育种中的应用
Artificial Gynogenesis Technique and Its Application in Fish Breeding
【摘要】 雌核生殖是一种依靠雌原核发育的特殊生殖方式,人工雌核生殖已经发展成为鱼类遗传改良的有效途径,在鱼类种质提纯复壮、良种选育等方面发挥重要作用。从鱼类育种的实践出发,系统总结了鱼类人工雌核生殖的技术途径、研究现状,提出了鱼类人工雌核生殖技术存在的问题,旨在为鱼类人工雌核生殖技术未来发展提供参考。
【Abstract】 Gynogenesis is a special reproductive mode that depends on female prokaryotic development. Artificial gynogenesis technique(AGT)has been developed into an effective way of fish genetic improvement,which plays an important role in the purification and rejuvenation of fish germplasm and breeding of fine species. Based on the practice of fish breeding,this paper systematically summarized the technical approaches and research status of AGT,and put forward the existing problems of AGT,in order to provide reference for the future development of AGT.
