地膜覆土清理装置的设计

【摘要】 在地膜回收作业时,因覆盖在地膜上的土壤板结造成揭膜困难,需要对地膜上的覆土进行清理。为此,采用图像识别的方法,设计了一种地膜覆土清理装置。装置运行时,单目摄像头在畸变校正处理后进行膜土的图像采集,经过Arduino Due单片机对采集的图像进行K-means二值化处理方式进行图像分割,并识别和提取出边膜轮廓图像;主控制器结合处理后的图像信息对电机进行控制,带动刨土铲切土刨土,完成对覆盖在地膜上的板结土壤的清理工作。试验结果表明:装置的平均识膜率不低于95%,伤膜率不高于3%,平均覆土清除率达到80%。

【Abstract】 In the mulch film recycling operation, in order to solve the difficult problem of mulch film recycling caused by soil compaction, the mulch film identification and soil removal device was designed and studied to remove the compacted soil on the mulch film. The device is mainly composed of a frame, a DC push rod motor, a DC reduction motor, a soil shovel, a camera, a microcontroller, and a lithium battery pack. In this paper, the Arduino Due microcontroller is used as the main controller for information processing, and the edge film contour image is identified by correcting the collected images and image segmentation processing. And combined with the image information to control the motor, drive the plowing shovel to cut the soil and plow the soil, and complete the cleaning of the hardened soil of the edge film. The test results show that the average recognition rate of the mulch film during the overall work of the device is greater than 95%, the film damage rate is less than 3%, and the average removal rate of the covering soil is also more than 80%.
