【摘要】 党的十八大以来，中国粮食发展取得了辉煌成就，形成了有中国特色的粮食安全保障体系和治理模式。随着百年变局和世纪疫情相互交织，世界进入新的动荡变革期，产业链供应链不确定性增加，已经对世界粮食安全构成严重威胁，也给保障中国粮食安全带来了新挑战。现阶段，需拓宽粮食安全问题的观察视角，认真审视百年变局、世纪疫情给粮食安全带来的风险挑战。保障中国粮食安全需坚持系统思维，兼顾供给与需求，统筹国内与国际资源，提升农业发展包容性，增强应对农业风险韧性，要深入推进农产品进口多元化战略，构建安全可控、持续稳定的国际食品供应链。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18^th National Congress of the CPC,China’s grain development has made brilliant achievements, and formed a food security system and governance model with Chinese characteristics.As the unseen changes and the pandemic are intertwined in a century, the world has entered a new era of turbulence and transformation, and the increased uncertainty in the supply chains and industrial chains poses a serious threat to the global food security and brings new challenges to China’s food security.At present, it is necessary to broaden the perspective on understanding the questions related to food security, to seriously examine the risks and challenges which century changes and the pandemic take to food security.To ensure China’s food security, we need to adhere to systematic thinking, take into account both supply side and demand side, coordinate domestic and foreign resources, enhance the inclusiveness of agricultural development, and strengthen resilience to deal with agricultural risks.It’s important to advance the diverse strategies of agricultural products import and build a safe, controllable, sustainable and stable international agri-food supply chain.更多还原
