【摘要】 农旅综合体是乡村旅游的新模式，是实现农业与旅游业融合发展的有效途径。文章通过对豫、晋、苏、内蒙古四省（区）及上海市部分农村进行实地调查，从促进产业振兴相关措施、特色农业发展状况及农旅综合体发展现状等问题切入，运用了访谈法、问卷调查等方法，探寻乡村振兴背景下农村地区农旅综合体建设优势及存在的瓶颈。经过调研与分析发现，目前乡村农旅综合体建设存在人才缺乏、宣传力度弱、规模较小、经营能力不强等问题。针对问题，结合其他地区成功经验，从人才培养、政企联合等角度提出建议，旨在为推动农旅综合体发展，促进乡村农旅融合建言献策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agricultural tourism complex is a new model of rural tourism and an effective way to realize the integrated development of agriculture and tourism. Through the field survey of Henan, Shanxi, Jiangsu, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and some rural areas in Shanghai, starting from the relevant measures to promote industrial revitalization, the development of characteristic agriculture and the development status of agricultural tourism complex, this paper uses the methods of interview and questionnaire to explore the advantages and bottlenecks of agricultural tourism complex construction in rural areas under the background of rural revitalization. After investigation and analysis, it is found that there are some problems in the construction of rural agricultural tourism complex, such as lack of talents, weak publicity, small scale, weak management ability and so on. In view of the problems, combined with the successful experience of other regions, this paper puts forward suggestions from the perspective of talent training and government enterprise combination, in order to make suggestions and suggestions for promoting the development of agricultural tourism complex and promoting the integration of rural agriculture and tourism.更多还原
