【Abstract】 Tang Guizhang not only made great contributions to the construction of Ci philology, but also featured in the critiCism of Ci-poetics. He constructed a Ci-poetics critiCism model system structured with “people”, “events” and “texts” from the aspects of biographical critiCism, chronicles of Ci realm, annotations on selected works, as well as from the perspectives of writers’ life and background, reproduCing the creation scene, and meaning interpretation.
