【摘要】 2022年北京冬奥作为特殊背景下成功举办的奥运盛会，留下了三个有深远意义的发展标引。第一，身心健康标引。北京冬奥在中国大地掀起了规模性的冰雪运动高潮，使得奥运精神得到前所未有的弘扬。冰雪运动不可能在任何时间任何空间开展，但奥体项目作为一种效益显著的活动，只要向社会普及完全可以充实休闲生活，以极小代价获取生理和心理愉悦，从个体开始强劲推动整个社会身心健康。第二，经济健康标引。北京冬奥制定了“简约、安全、精彩”的办会方针，简约基本内涵是物尽其利，减少资源消耗和保护生态环境，以简约为轴线进行实体建构，扁平指挥、闭环管理和因情施策保证了安全，科技浓缩、自然浓缩和文化浓缩造就了精彩。北京奥运六字方针，完全可以上升为经济健康标引思想。第三，治理健康标引。西方列强的蛮横不能简单归结为某些民族文化，根源在世界性金融资本垄断。社会制度的最后较量，应该不在工业化而在生态化。全球疫变是西方开发方式和消费方式泛滥的恶果，霸权体系难免由此转折。北京冬奥把一个春意盎然的中国，直接呈现给世人，展示了治理健康的生动形象。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games, as a successful Olympic event under special background, has left three far-reaching development indicators. First, the indicator of physical and mental well-being. The Beijing Olympic Winter Games unfolded a vigorous mass campaign for winter sports in China,carrying forward the Olympic spirit. Though winter sports are usually played in cold areas during winter, the Olympics, as an event with remarkable benefits, promotes the popularity of winter sports,bringing healthier lifestyles to people. Second, the indicator of economic health. A principle of “Simplicity, Safety and Excellence” was formulated for the Beijing Olympic Winter Games. The basic connotation of “Simplicity” is to make the best use of materials, reduce resource consumption and protect the ecological environment. Olympic venues were built based on the principle of simplicity; flat management,closed-loop management and situation-based policies ensured safety. The concentration of science, technology,nature and culture created excellence. The principle of “Simplicity, Safety and Excellence” served as the indicator of economic health. Third, the indicator of competent governance. The insolence of the Western powers, rooted in the worldwide financial capital monopoly, can not be simply attributed to certain national cultures. It is ecologicalization, not industrialization, that matters in the rivalry of different social systems. The global epidemic is the result of the proliferation of Western development and consumption patterns, and a significant change may occur to the hegemony system. The Beijing Olympic Winter Games presented a flourishing China to the world, showing a vivid image of competent governance.更多还原
