高速铁路对城市群经济发展的空间溢出效应研究——基于关中平原城市群数据的实证分析
Spatial Spillover Effect of High-speed Railway on Urban Agglomeration Economic Development: An Empirical Analysis based on Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration Data
【摘要】 高速铁路是推动城市群发展的重要支撑,近年我国高速铁路的迅速建设对城市群的经济发展产生了重要的影响。基于地理经济学,利用关中平原城市群2011—2020年的数据,运用空间杜宾模型检验了高速铁路对城市群经济发展的影响。研究发现:高速铁路对关中平原城市群的经济增长有较为显著正向影响和正向的空间溢出效应,但由于各城市经济发展水平不一致从而表现出差异性,对经济发展水平较高的城市经济具有显著正向作用且空间溢出效应明显,而对经济发展水平较低城市经济的影响则不显著。对此,建议进一步完善关中平原城市群的内部高速铁路交通网络,形成以西安城市群为主要核心的城市群内部的高速铁路交通网络,促进城市群整体经济水平的提升。
【Abstract】 High-speed railway is an important support to promote the development of urban agglomerations. In recent years, the rapid construction of High-speed railway in China has an important impact on the economic development of urban agglomerations. Based on geographic economics, this paper uses the data of guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration from 2011 to 2020 to test the impact of High-speed railway on urban agglomeration economic development by using spatial Dubin model. This study found that the inter-city railway on the urban agglomerations in guanzhong plain has significant positive influences on the economic growth and the space of the positive spillover effect, But, because of the city’s economic development level is not consistent with economic developmeng levels, high level of economic development of urban economy has significant positive effect and spatial spillover effect significantly, for the low level of economic development of urban economy influence is not significant. Therefore, it is suggested to further improve the High-speed intercity railway transportation network of guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration, form the inner High-speed railway transportation network with Xi ’an urban agglomeration as the main core, and promote the overall economic level of urban agglomeration.
