低氘酒中关键组分的分析测定研究
Determination of Key Components of Low-Deuterium Baijiu
【摘要】 采用顶空-气相色谱测试了低氘酒中乙醛、乙酸乙酯、甲醇、仲丁醇、丙醇、异丁醇、正丁醇、异戊醇、己酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯含量。结果表明,各成分在各自浓度范围内线性良好,标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.999,标准偏差小于5%,检出限均可达1.0×10-4%左右,加标回收率在95.12%~104.87%之间。建立了标准加入法测试氘含量,其回归方程的相关系数接近1,并测试了低氘酒中氘浓度,含量为80×10-4%左右。该方法简单,精密度及准确度满足测试要求。
【Abstract】 The contents of acetaldehyde, ethyl acetate, methanol, sec-butanol, propanol, isobutanol, n-butanol, 3-methyl-1-butanol, ethyl caproate and ethyl lactate in the low-deuterium Baijiu were determined by using headspace-gas chromatography. The results showed that the linearity of the components was good in their respective concentration ranges; the correlation coefficients of the standard curves were all greater than 0.999; the standard deviations were less than 5 %; the detection limits were about 10×10-4%; the spiked recovery rates were between 95.12 % and 104.87 %. A standard addition method was established to measure the deuterium content of the low-deuterium Baijiu, and the correlation coefficient was close to 1. The deuterium content of the low-deuterium Baijiu was about 80×10-4%. The method was simple, and its precision and accuracy met the test requirements.
