原位光沉积法制备Au/TiO2室温催化氧化CO的研究

【摘要】 用原位光沉积法制得 Au/TiO2催化剂,以 CO 氧化为探针,通过 XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS、TPD、in situ EPR 和 in situ DRIFTS 测试对材料的结构和性能进行表征 . 结果表明:Au 纳米粒子的粒径分布在 3.5 nm 左右,TiO2表面的缺陷态会向 Au 粒子转移电子,使其表面电子密度增加,有利于 CO 和 O2的吸附;CO 与 TiO2晶格氧作用后产生氧空位,促进 O2在氧空位的吸附与活化,并再生补充晶格氧;Au/TiO2样品在 CO 氧化中展现出超高的活性,且在Au的LSPR效应作用下具有明显的光促作用.

【Abstract】 The Au/TiO2 catalyst was prepared by the mild in situ photo-deposition method and follow by heat treatment.The CO oxidation was used as a probe.The structure and properties of the materials were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS,TPD,in situ EPR and in situ DRIFTS.The results showed that the Au/TiO2 sample owned the sizes about 3.5 nm of Au nanoparticles (Au NPs),and TiO2 could transfer electrons to Au NPs caused the increase in surface electron density of Au NPs,resulting in the enhanced adsorption of CO and O2 at Au sites.This adsorbed CO could interact with the lattice O of TiO2 to form CO2 accompanied by oxygen vacancy,while O2 could be adsorbed at the oxygen vacancy to form the lattice O of TiO2 again.The Au/TiO2 samples exhibited ultra-high activity in CO oxidation,and had obvious photo-promoting effect under the LSPR effect of Au.
