【摘要】 植物生物技术是是当今世界科学研究中最为前沿的领域之一，也是现代生物技术重要的组成部分。在此背景下孕育而出的《植物生物技术》课程，已经成为农林院校农学本科专业教学核心课程之一，而该课程的深入改革对于培养创新型人才具有重要的意义。文章从教师团队建设、教学理念的转变、教学大纲的修订、课程标准的修订、教学内容的选择、教学方式的改进、考核方式的改进等方面，对该课程进行了全方面的建设，注重学生理论知识和科学实践的相结合，期望对培养创新型农林人才有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Plant biotechnology is one of the most advanced fields of scientific research in the world, and it is also an important part of modern biotechnology. Under this background, the course of plant biotechnology has become one of the core courses of agricultural undergraduate teaching in agricultural and forestry colleges. The in-depth reform of the course is of great significance for the cultivation of innovative talents. In this paper, the construction of the course is carried out, including the construction of teachers’ team, the change of teaching philosophy, the revision of syllabus, the revision of course standards, the selection of teaching content, the improvement of teaching methods, and the improvement of test methods. Our study focuses on the combination of students’ theoretical knowledge and scientific practice and hope will benefit for the cultivation of innovative agricultural and forestry talents.更多还原
