【摘要】 在现代烟草农业发展的基础上,结合新时期绿色发展战略,提出烟草生态健康农业理论(Theory of Tobacco Ecological Health Agriculture,TBHA)。该理论的要点是坚持以烟叶生产为主体,兼顾大农业持续健康发展,坚持科技创新和集成应用,融入农业文创和乡村旅游等元素,打造田园综合体实现多方效益的有机统一。烟草生态健康农业是全要素、全产业链可持续发展的现代烟草农业发展新模式。本文系统阐述了烟草生态健康农业的特点与重要意义。构建澄江抚仙湖径流区"生态+农业+科研+文旅"的烟草生态健康农业综合发展模式,该模式的应用取得了良好的经济、生态和社会效益。结合该理论的成功实践和启示,提出了发展烟草生态健康农业的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theory of tobacco ecological health agriculture(TBHA) was proposed on the basis of development of modern tobacco agriculture, meanwhile, combined with the green development strategy. The main points of this theory are to uphold the tobacco production in the leading position, give consideration to the sustainable and healthy development of large-scale agriculture, adhere to scientific and technological innovation and integrated application, integrate agricultural cultural innovation and rural tourism and other elements, achieve the organic unity of multi-benefits by pastoral complex construction. Tobacco ecological health agriculture is a new development model of the modern tobacco agriculture with sustainable development of total factors and whole industrial chain. Characteristics and its significance of tobacco ecological health agriculture were elucidated systematically in this paper. Comprehensive development model of tobacco ecological health agriculture with“Ecology + Agriculture + Scientific research + Cultural tourism”was constructed in the Fuxian lake runoff area. Good economic, ecological and benefits had been achieved through the application of this model. Suggestions for development of tobacco ecological health agriculture were presented based on the successful practice and inspiration of tobacco ecological health agriculture.更多还原
