【Abstract】 Based on the requirements for the training of higher education talents in the engineering education accreditation,the problems existing in the teaching process of this course were analyzed. In order to culture students’ self-regulated learning consciousness and scientific accomplishment,and improve students’ comprehensive experimental ability,a series of reform thinkings were accordingly proposed,including experiment content,teaching mode and assessment standard of experiment course.These reforms would lay the foundation to foster the all-round talent for adapting the national food industry development requirements in future.更多还原
