【摘要】 采后预冷是果蔬冷链的第一个重要环节，是保证保鲜流通过程中果蔬品质的首要措施。研制的预冷机基于我国甜樱桃采后市场和电商运作的现有状况，可为实现产地直发“最初一公里”提供保障。预冷机各组件系统呈现一体化、可移动方式，可在不同使用者间实现共享，提高了预冷机利用效率。预冷机优化结构设计及高性能材料的使用，使设备运行总体效率提高，预冷更加快速、省工、省电、省力，投资成本也大幅降低。此预冷机在甜樱桃产地的推广应用，可达快速、无伤预冷的效果，延长货架期，进一步提高果品的耐贮性，并扩大流通距离、扩展销售市场。更多还原

【Abstract】 Postharvest pre-cooling is the first key link in the cold chain of fruits and vegetables,and the primary measure to ensure the quality of fruits and vegetables in the process of fresh-keeping and circulation. The pre-cooling machine developed in this research was based on the current situation of sweet cherry postharvest market and e-commerce operations in China,and can provide guarantee for the realization of the“first kilometer”of direct delivery from the origin. Each component system of the pre-cooling machine presents an integrated and movable manner,and can be shared among different users,which improved the utilization efficiency of the pre-cooling machine. The optimized structure design of the pre-cooling machine and the use of high-performance materials have enhanced the overall efficiency of the equipment operation. Therefore,the pre-cooling is faster, labor-saving, power-saving, labor-saving, and the investment cost was also greatly reduced. The popularization and application of this pre-cooling machine in the production area of sweet cherries can achieve the effect of fast and harmless pre-cooling,extend shelf life,further improve the storability of the fruit,and expand the circulation distance and the sales market.更多还原
