【Abstract】 With the rapid development of food science and technology as well as the further promotion of higher education reform,it is a significant mission of the specialty course teaching to cultivate high-quality food talents with excellent ability and moral integrity. As a specialized course for guiding new student,Introduction to Food Science would have a unique advantage in stimulating learning initiative,integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education,and so on. In this work,an integration scheme of Introduction to Food Science course teaching and innovation and entrepreneurship education was established by analyzing the foundation and current situation of curriculum reform in the context of double world-class construction. Finally,the educational system of curriculum content construction, multi-mode integration, high-frequency roadshow and practice base expansion was constructed as a teaching method,which would provide a theoretical reference for curriculum reform of university.更多还原
