【Abstract】 Case teaching method was an exploratory teaching method based on practical experience,which plays a positive role in promoting the construction of the first-class course of Food Nutrition,cultivating students’ innovative ability and comprehensively improving the teaching quality. Case resource library is the key factor to ensure the successful implementation of case teaching,and the premise and guarantee to determine the teaching quality and teaching effect of first-class courses. The general principle of the construction of case resource library should be combined with the construction standard of“ profoundness-innovation-challenging”of first-class courses,in line with the characteristics of the course itself and teaching objects,closely related to the course syllabus,and corresponding to the teaching objectives and teaching contents.更多还原
