喷油参数影响甲醇发动机燃烧特性的正交试验研究
Orthogonal experimental study on influence of injection parameters on combustion characteristics of methanol engine
【摘要】 文章基于一台三缸柴油机改造的甲醇发动机,选取预喷正时、预喷脉宽、主喷正时、主喷脉宽和轨压作为5个控制因素,设计正交试验对一次预喷下各喷油参数对甲醇燃烧特性的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:对燃烧始点影响显著的因素的顺序为主喷正时>预喷脉宽>主喷脉宽,预喷着火可以使燃烧始点大幅靠近上止点;对最大压升率影响显著的因素的顺序为主喷正时>主喷脉宽>预喷脉宽,在预喷未发生着火情况下,增加预喷脉宽可以降低最大压升率,但预喷发生着火会使最大压升率大幅上升;轨压对最大循环波动率的影响最为显著。
【Abstract】 Based on a three-cylinder diesel engine modified methanol engine, this paper designs an orthogonal experiment under the condition of one pre-injection. In the experiment, the pre-injection timing, pre-injection pulse width, main injection timing, main injection pulse width and rail pressure were selected as five control factors to study the influence of various fuel injection parameters on the combustion characteristics of methanol. The research results show that the order of the influence degree of the fuel injection parameters on the combustion starting point is main injection timing, pre-injection pulse width, main injection pulse width. In addition, pre-injection ignition can bring the start of combustion much closer to the top dead center; The order of the influence of fuel injection parameters on the maximum pressure rise rate is the main injection timing, the main injection pulse width, and the pre-injection pulse width. When the pre-injection does not ignite, increasing the pre-injection pulse width can reduce the maximum pressure rise rate. On the contrary, in the case of pre-injection ignition, increasing the pre-injection pulse width can greatly increase the maximum pressure rise rate; Rail pressure is the most significant factor affecting the maximum cycle fluctuation rate during methanol combustion.
