不同水泥及石灰掺和比条件下膨胀土的改性试验研究
Experimental study on improvement of expansive soil under different cement and lime mixing ratios
【摘要】 采用水泥和生石灰相同掺入量,进行双掺固化下的膨胀土改性试验。结果显示:掺入生石灰及水泥后膨胀土的自由膨胀率呈现明显降低趋势,2%改性剂并养护1 d内自由膨胀率降低约18%;随着改性剂掺量的增加,土样的液限含水率呈正增长,塑性含水率和塑性指数呈负相关,改性剂掺量在5%以内时塑性指数下降最为明显;在养护时间不变工况下,随着掺量的提高,改性样品的抗压强度呈缓慢增长趋势,当掺量达到7%,养护7 d后抗压强度达到最大值1.63 MPa,抗剪强度与水泥生石灰的掺入量同样呈正相关关系;采用5%水泥生石灰掺入量,养护时间达到7 d后,膨胀土改性效果最好。
【Abstract】 Using the same mixing amount of cement and quicklime, a modified experiment of expansive soil under double mixing and solidification was carried out. The results showed that the free swelling rate of expansive soil after adding quicklime and cement showed a significant decreasing trend, and the free swelling rate decreased by about 18% within 1 d after curing with 2% modifier; with the increase of the amount of modifier, the soil sample the liquid limit moisture content of the water content is positively increased, and the plastic moisture content and the plasticity index are negatively correlated. The plasticity index decreases most obviously when the content of the modifier is less than 5%; Under the condition of constant curing time, with the increase of the content, the compressive strength of the modified sample shows a slow growth trend. When the mixing amount reaches 7%, the compressive strength reaches the maximum value of 1.63 MPa after 7 days of curing, and the shear strength is also positively correlated with the mixing amount of cement quicklime; By adopting 5% cement quicklime mixing amount and curing time reach 7 days, the expansive soil modification effect is the best.
